Recruitment and HR specialist

Responsibilities

  • carrying out the independent recruitment of engineers and Construction Managers
  • managing the process of recruiting workers (blue collar)
  • coordination of the current level of employment and ongoing contact with the staff
  • identification of talents within the organization and detection of human potential after ending projects
  • active search for candidates (creating advertisements and campaigns)
  • maintaining e-mail and telephone contact with candidates at all stages of recruitment
  • conducting and planning recruitment meetings and participating in interviews with candidates
  • analysis of the labor market in terms of information on the latest trends
  • building a positive image of the company

Requirements

  • experience in recruitment and employee retention
  • knowledge of English at the B2 level
  • graduated specialization studies are welcome
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • highly developed interpersonal skills
  • high personal culture and openness to people
  • very good organization of work
  • independence, diligence and responsibility for the assigned tasks
  • driving license cat. B
